At Entire Image, we are passionate about high performance. Nearly all of our work is contract decorating. To be successful, we need to be on top of our game.

We do our best to consistently run an organized, high-energy work environment. We challenge ourselves to make the most of our resources - "doing more with less" - when it comes to employees, equipment, facilities and time.

HELPING TO FIX BROKEN LIVES

At Entire Image, we believe in new beginnings. We have seen them many times. Some of our leadership are living examples. As much as possible, we hire graduates out of drug rehab programs, ex-offenders released from jail/prison - people who might otherwise find it difficult to find employment. Several of our team actively minister inside jail or drug rehab venues.

We are closely aligned with the Greenville County Detention Center, Miracle Hill, Freedom That Lasts, and Rock of Ages ministries.

Many of the people that we hire have very little work experience. They need training in employment discipline and good work habits. They need challenge to "be all they can be." Mostly, they just need an opportunity to develop and realize their God-given abilities.

We help people learn business and more specifically the embroidery trade. Some get involved with equipment maintenance or computer applications. Some become supervisors and mentors. Everyone learns what high performance is all about.

We provide a structured work environment, free from bad influences. We help develop individual employee performance goals and offer counseling resources to assist navigating difficult life recovery circumstances. We do our best to encourage and reward individual achievement.
